Call Center Hidden Water Damage in Los Alamitos

This section of the center in Los Alamitos shows an acoustical tile ceiling with very few water stains. However, above where the water supply line split and spewed a large amount of water, the batten insulation was saturated. This wet environment needed immediate correcting to protect the workers and the building. Secondary water damage in the form of mold growth, high humidity leading to breakdowns in the electronic devices, and the danger of falling debris dictate fast service. The After Photo shows the duct from a large desiccant dehumidifier set up outside the building to rapidly help restore a standard Specific Humidity within the crawlspace.
