Cypress Water Loss Done Right!

The blistering paint and water stains on the ceiling of this Cypress home indicate a water leakage issue in the between floors void. Two factors caused the water dripping in one location. The toilet on the second floor had a faulty water line coupling, and the HVAC system's ductwork had a small hole that allowed for excessive cooling in the void. This exacerbated the wetness.
